PURPOSE: A wireless Internet mobile video/audio receiver is provided to freely view various songs, video titles, or games in a server through a streaming method without a large capacity memory, a computer, a modem, a related program, and a delay for downloading a file. CONSTITUTION: A speaker(610) converts an electric voice output signal into an audible voice. A screen(620) makes a user view a video signal or a text signal through eyes. A keyboard(640) inputs a character, a number, or other control character. A voice CODEC(COder/DECoder, 650) drives the speaker by converting the digital voice signal into the electric voice signal. A video CODEC(660) converts and displays the digital video and text data on the screen. A controller(670) takes charge of entire control and an IP(Internet Protocol) packet process. A wireless RF(Radio Frequency) modem(690) connects to a wireless RF interface(680) and a mobile Internet base station.
