PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple layer preform which is equipped with a polyester resin layer and a functional resin layer, and wherein adhesiveness between both layers is high, and burst is effectively prevented from occurring at the time of a biaxially stretching blow-molding, and a biaxially stretched blow-molded bottle which is obtained from the preform. SOLUTION: This multiple layer preform or the biaxially stretched blow-molded bottle comprises the polyester resin layer, an adhesive resin layer and the functional resin layer.
