The invention relates to a continuous business form according to the prior patent. This form comprises a sheet 2 to receive the original impression, and a lower copy sheet 1, wider than 2; the first aligned edges of 1 and 2 are stuck together at 4, inside two superimposed lines with driving perforations 3; at least one intermediate sheet 6, preferably self-copying, has its first inner edge at 4; its second edge is fixed to that of 2 by adhesive 9 and/or the self-fastenings 10 of the sheets 1, 2 and 6 between them.
