<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even a user unfamiliar with handling with a personal computer to easily access a homepage that performs a questionnaire, etc., about purchased products. <P>SOLUTION: A CD-ROM 6 recording the address of the homepage on which the questionnaire about a purchased product 5 and user registration are performed, its product model name and a password are recorded are enclosed in the product 5 purchased by the user. When the CD-ROM 6 is set, with the PC (personal computer) 21, the user accesses the homepage indicated by the homepage address recorded on the CD-ROM 6 and transmits the product model name and the password recorded on the CD-ROM 6 to a server 11 that opens the homepage. When the server 11 checks the validity of the data sent from the PC 21, the server 11 transmits the user registration and the questionnaire question image to the PC 21.
