PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical connector which is manufactured at low cost by using a small number of components, thus optical fibers of which are easily connected and the working efficiency of which is improved, in which the through hole 1C for optical fiber of a ferrule 1 always coincides with the center of a supporting member 2 of an optical fiber, and the optical fiber is not broken. SOLUTION: The ferrule 1 having a through hole 1C for the optical fiber, the supporting member 2 of the optical fiber composed of a plurality of elastic strips 2A are composed in a unit.
