PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain a high elongation nonwoven fabric having an elongation at break of≥150% to be plastically deformable, having a maximum strength of≥200N to be durable, and suitably used as a marine material, a civil engineering material, an industrial material, and a building material. SOLUTION: This high elongation nonwoven fabric is easily produced by using a high elongation synthetic fiber which is undrawn or drawn at a draw ratio of≤2.5 and has an elongation at break of≥200%, so that the fabric has the maximum strength of≥200N and the elongation at break of≥150%, and is plastically deformable.
