PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating structure for a floor, a wall, and a roof of a wooden building, which hardly mars the heat insulating effect thereof even if a tabular resin foam heat insulator is shrunk to form a gap after construction of a building. SOLUTION: The heat insulating structure for the wooden building relates to any of a floor heat insulating structure, a wall heat insulating structure, and a roof heat insulating structure which are constructed by stretching the tabular resin foam heat insulator in a space between floor joists, columns or studs, and rafters, respectively. According to the heat insulating structure, a long resin foam heat insulator is arranged on the floor joist, the column or stud, or the rafter as a bearing member on which the tabular resin foam heat insulator abuts, and a width and a thickness of the long resin foam heat insulator are set to values larger than the thickness of the tabular resin foam heat insulator.
