PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a heat resistant alloy member which has a film combining heat resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance, and is used in high temperature corrosive environments. SOLUTION: Using an Ni or Cr aqueous plating bath in which Re metal powder and Cr metal powder, or Re-Cr alloy powder is suspended, the surface of a heat resistant alloy substrate is electroplated with an Ni or Cr film comprising the metal powder or alloy powder. Successively, using an Ni or Cr aqueous plating bath in which Re-Cr-Al alloy powder is suspended, the Ni or Cr film comprising the alloy powder is electroplated. The base material in which the multilayer film is deposited is heat-treated at high temperature. Thus, the film with a multilayer structure of an internal layer consisting of aσphase of an Re-Cr-Ni base comprising, by atom, 16 to 80% Re, 25 to 60% Cr and 1 to 25% Ni, and an external layer consisting of aβphase or aγ<SP>,</SP>phase of a Cr-Al-Ni base comprising 0.01 to 10% Re, 10 to 30% Cr, 15 to 55% Al and 25 to 75% Ni is formed.
