PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a paper holder which can be kept under a condition where a holder is opened, and in which the holder is easily opened and closed. SOLUTION: A metal base 20 and a resin base 80 are fixed on a bed sheet 12 of the paper holder 10 as base sheets. An intermediate part 30b of the holder 30 is turnably supported on the metal base 20. A one side part 30a of the holder 30 is energized by a coil spring 32 on a main face member 22 side of the metal base 20. An opening operating member 40 for opening the holder 30 is formed on the other side part 30c of the holder 30. A hooking member 94 for hooking the opening operating member 40 under a condition where the holder 30 is opened is formed on the resin base 80. A closing operating member 60 for taking off the hooking member 94 from the opening operating member 40 and closing the holder 30 is formed on one side part 30a side of the opening operating member 40.
