The composite system uses a flexible connecting element (1), consisting of a textile structure, provided with an adhesive top side so that the underneath (1b) of the connecting element is detachably connected to the seat or mattress surface (3) and the top side (1a) of the connecting element is detachably connected to a replaceable protective layer (2). The connecting element comprises a textile structure such as woven, knitted or fleece material etc with a system of threads for touch and close fastening.
