<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pigment-sensitized solar cell having high conversion efficiency of energy, which uses light on the longer wavelength side by increasing the thickness of an oxide semiconductor layer, accordingly reduces a mixing amount of a scattering material, and has a high open voltage. <P>SOLUTION: This pigment-sensitized solar cell is characterized by that a transparent electrode 1 and a negative electrode 4 are disposed oppositely to each other by interposing an electrolyte 6; the oxide semiconductor layer 2 with a pigment adsorbed is formed on the electrolyte 6 side of the transparent electrode 1; and a conductive layer 11 electrically connected to the transparent electrode 1 is formed on the electrolyte 6 side of the semiconductor layer 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
