PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability in a sealing structure for sealing fluid and to reduce manufacturing costs. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger comprises: a cylindrical external cylinder 2; an internal cylinder 5 provided at the central section of the outer cylinder 2; a plurality of tubes 3 for heat exchange that are provided so that they become a plurality of spirals being extended radially from the outer periphery section of the internal cylinder 5; separators 4, 4 that are provided at both the end sections of the external cylinder 2, support both the end sections of each tube 3, partition tube inner space and tube outer space, and prevent the mixture of the fluid; a fin that is provided at the tube inner space and/or tube outer space; and pipes P1, P2 that communicate with either the tube inner space or the tube outer space to form the inlet/outlet of the fluid.
