PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To first obtain a fixing device for realizing more rigid and sure fixation with a constitution that an elastic member having a pawl part of a male side member is engaged with an indentation part of a female side member, and secondly develop the fixing device to various purposes. SOLUTION: An elastic member having a pawl part is provided to the male side member, and a pawl projecting/fitting space is secured so that the pawl part can project or fit having elasticity. An elasticity blocking member having the same width as the pawl projecting/fitting space is connected movably. The elasticity blocking member is inserted in the pawl projecting/fitting space under a condition that the pawl part is fitted with a recessed part, and elastic movement of the pawl part is completely blocked, so as to fix both. The female side member and the recessed part are formed long, and the male side member can be inserted at a given position. The recessed part is formed as continuous projected and recessed portions, and such a position adjusting function is given to move the male side member in the projected and recessed portions and fix it at a given position.
