摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a manufacturing method of a membrane-electrode jointed body and a solid polymer fuel cell using the same wherein water dispersibility can be improved by precisely forming a catalyst-nonforming region in a catalyst layer by pressure distribution of a hot press by a metallic mold, and catalyst layers of different compositions can exist in a mixture. <P>SOLUTION: First and second transcription films 20, 21 are mutually piled so that an anode catalyst paste 15 and a cathode catalyst paste 16 pinch a solid polymer electrolyte membrane 2 toward the solid polymer electrolyte membrane 2 side, and a laminated body 25 is formed.
