PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize a cyclone cleaner while maintaining a high dust collecting factor. SOLUTION: A cyclone dust collection section 205 has a suction opening 108 and an exhaust box 111 at one end of a cyclone dust pipe 102, both ends of which are blocked, and is provided with a dust chamber 104 and a communication opening 103 communicating with the dust chamber with the cyclone dust pipe on the side of the other end, and is installed sideways in the vacuum cleaner body 201 adjacently to an electric blower 208.
