PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sensors from interfering with each other by preventing electromagnetic radiation transmitted from the sensors via air, in a quartz oscillator system provided with a plurality of quartz oscillator sensors (10a-10c). SOLUTION: Each of the quartz oscillator sensors (10a-10c) are individually surrounded by conductive shields (24a-24c), whose outer surfaces are grounded. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
