PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the generation of corrosion of a heat exchanger coil by preventing staging of a heat medium, and to reduce the cost. SOLUTION: This air conditioning equipment is provided with a cold water circulation line (a first circulation line) 22 connected to a cold water heat exchanger coil (a first heat exchanger coil) 1a, a hot water circulation line (a second circulation line) 32 connected to a hot water heat exchanger coil (a second heat exchanger coil) 1b, and a switching means 5 for switching so that the cold water circulation line 22 is connected to any one of a refrigerator (a cold heat source) 21 and a boiler (a hot heat source) 31 and so that the hot water circulation line 32 is connected to any one of the refrigerator 21 and the boiler 31.
