PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information producing method for easily producing particular scene data and attribute information representing contents data including the scene data.

SOLUTION: A mobile phone 9 approaches a local server 3 distributing the contents data to connect its communication channel to the local server 3. The mobile phone 9 connected to the local server 3 receives a media ID and a time code of the contents data that are information to particularize the contents data provide by the local server 3. When a button 9b of the mobile phone 9 is depressed while the local server 3 provides the scene data, the mobile phone 9 produces media data representative of the scene data on the basis of the information particularizing the received contents.
