PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access managing device, a maintenance work support access managing device, a device being the target of access management, and a device being the target of maintenance work access management and its method for reducing the loads of the manager, managing agent, operator, and monitor center staff or the like of an institution, facility, or equipment or the like associated with entry to the facility, facility, or equipment for a work, the acquisition of a control right, and password issue for a data base for a work, so called, an access management task.

SOLUTION: A logical key being an access right to an institute, facility, and equipment necessary for a series of works to be executed by an operator at the time of requesting the work is preliminarily extracted, and those logical keys or temporary logical keys are noticed to the operator.
