PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate-like heat pipe for reducing the number of members, and superior in manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: This plate-like heat pipe is a plate shape, and has a box-shaped container formed by joining and assembling only one surface or opposed two surfaces of a thickness part. The container forms a projecting part for directly or indirectly contacting a part being a cooling object. A heat transferring inside block is arranged in a part corresponding to the projecting part in a cavity part formed of the container. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
