PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating device capable of setting air pressure to perform closing operation, in a comparatively flexible manner. SOLUTION: A blade 30 is rotatably supported to a device body 20. The blade 30 has a pair of blade body parts 32 formed of an aluminum extruded shape into point symmetric shape extending in opposite directions from a rotation axis X. A first face 32a of the blade body part 32 is formed with fins 37 extending in the direction of the rotation axis, and a second face 32b is almost smooth. The first faces 32a face the opposite side to each other, and the second faces 32b face the opposite side to each other. The device body 20 is provided with seal parts 41, and the blade 30 closes a passage when the tip edges of the second faces 32b of the blade body parts 32 abut on the seal parts 41. Weights 39 are accommodated in the tip edges of the blade body parts 32, and the blade 32 is made vertical by the gravity and put in an open position. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
