PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly prevent fluid charged in a tank from leaking to the outside when it is circulated. SOLUTION: The valve 10 is provided with a body 12 formed of metallic material in a substantially cylindrical shape, a thread portion 40 formed in a first attachment hole 28 in the body 12, a first seal member 34 provided on an upper surface of the body 12, a third seal member 54 mounted on a top face of the first attachment hole 28, a valve seat 56 provided in a second attachment hole 30 formed at a lower portion of the body 12, a valve body 14 made of metallic material and arranged in the second attachment hole 30 so as to be set on the valve seat 56, a flange portion 26 formed to extend curvedly outwardly from an outer periphery of the body 12, and a spring member 18 provided between a spring receiving member 16 arranged in the second attachment hole 30 and the inside of the valve body 14.
