PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable thrust bearing rigidity by reducing the installation error of a flange on a shaft forming a shaft part and forming an accurate thrust dynamic pressure groove in a dynamic pressure fluid bearing device and a motor having the fluid bearing device. SOLUTION: The shaft 1 and the flange 2 as the shaft part 3 are manufactured by integrally molding a glass material.A sleeve 4 is installed on the shaft 1 so as to be fitted thereonto.The flange 2 is installed so as to be clamped in a thrust direction by the sleeve 4 and a sleeve cap 5 at a specified distance in an axial direction.A bearing part 6 is formed of the sleeve 4 and the sleeve cap 5.Lubricating oil 7 is fed between the shaft part 3 and the bearing part 6.
