The output air valve closes on the outside of a building part and comprises one fixed tube (2) and one movable (1) which fits around it. The valve passes through the building part from the exterior to the interior. The valve has external flanges (3,4) and an internal flange. An axial fan is incorporated, which can either act as reinforcement of the outptu air flow or as a fan for room ventilation. - The valve has an internal part which is removable with a dismantlable grease filter.
