<p>PURPOSE: A power-on reset circuit of a semiconductor device is provided, which has nothing to do with a power up slope and generates a stable power-on reset signal without glitch. CONSTITUTION: The power-on reset circuit includes a power supply voltage sensing node(NS), and a power supply voltage sensor(100) which is connected to the sensing node and performs a pull-down driving of the sensing node if a power supply voltage reaches a threshold voltage by sensing a potential of the power supply voltage by a difference between a pull-up current and a pull-down current. A driving unit(200) is connected to the sensing node, and performs a pull-up driving of the sensing node under the threshold voltage, and outputs a power-on reset signal(RESET) by buffering a signal of the sensing node.</p> |
