PURPOSE: A pressure regulating valve apparatus for a hydraulic circuit is provided to reduce the weight of components with compact structure by eliminating a feedback port from the pressure regulating valve and decreasing the entire length of the valve with reducing the number of land parts. CONSTITUTION: A pressure regulating valve apparatus for a hydraulic circuit comprises a bore(30) having a pressure regulating port(34) outputting flow from a flow discharge part by regulating pressure to the specific line pressure, and a spool(32) having a first land part(36) placed in the pressure regulating port, a second land part(38) placed at the side of the first land part and a feedback chamber(40) communicated with the pressure regulating port between the first land part and the second land part. A flow passage(42) is recessed around the first land part to communicate the pressure regulating port with the feedback chamber. The diameter of the first land part is little less than the diameter of the second land part, and the back of the second land part is elastically supported by a return spring(44).
