METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ROUNDING METAL SHEET

PURPOSE: A method and a device for rounding metal sheet are provided to simplify production process and reduce cost and time for accurate production of products during fabrication of the metal sheet by greatly enlarging curvature of rounding when perpendicularly bending the metal sheet. CONSTITUTION: The press device for rounding metal sheet comprises a driving source; an upper base(100) integrally vertically moved together with the driving source; a driving link(243) fixed to a lower part of the upper base(100) by hinge so that the driving link(243) is rotationally moved; a fixed plate connected perpendicularly to the lower part of the upper base(100) by a means having elastic force so that a distance between the fixed plate and the upper base(100) is changed; a fixed link(241) fixed to the fixed plate; an operation link(242) one end of which is rotationally connected to the fixed link(241), and another end of which is rotationally connected to the driving link(243); roller punches rotated on bearing part formed at the operation link(242) and revolved around rotation center of the operation link(242) integrally along with the operation link(242); a supporting roller for supporting an outer side of the roller punches to prevent deformation of the roller punches; and a die(310) an end part of which is formed in a curved surface, and which is installed on a lower base(300).
