LINER RUBBER COMPOSITION FOR NIPPLE CUP OF MILKER HAVING IMPROVED ANTI-FATIGUE PROPERTY

PURPOSE: Provided is a liner rubber composition for a nipple cup of a milker, which has improved anti-fatigue property with maintaining tensile properties to decrease the generation of cracks by bending and to improve the life of the liner. CONSTITUTION: The liner rubber composition comprises a mixed rubber formed of 50-60 parts by weight of a natural rubber, 20-30 parts by weight of a butadiene rubber and 20-30 parts by weight of a styrene-butadiene rubber as a base rubber. In particular, the butadiene rubber contains 94% or more of the cis-form, and the styrene-butadiene rubber contains 23.5-25% of styrene. In addition, the liner rubber composition further comprises 55-60 parts by weight of a carbon black having DBP oil absorption of 118g/100g to 126g/100g based on 100 parts by weight of the base rubber.
