PURPOSE: Provided is a method for processing a dried persimmon comprising sterilizing a persimmon with an ozone generator, spraying a mixture of ozone and water thereon, drying with cold wind, sterilizing with a UV sterilizing lamp and then vacuum-packing, thereby producing the dried persimmon hygienically, and packing and storing the product without destruction of nutrition. CONSTITUTION: A persimmon is placed in an ozone generator for a specified time for sterilization and sprayed with a mixture of ozone and water while placing on a conveyor belt and brushing with a soft rotary brush to remove foreign substances such as dust, a straw, hair or the like, bacteria, virus, heavy metals or the like. The washed persimmon is dried with high pressure cold wind, sterilized by passing through a UV sterilizing lamp and then vacuum-packed with nitrogen or ozone. |
