PURPOSE: Provided is a bread baking machine in which it is possible to deliver an accurate power between an upper kneading drum and a lower kneading drum in spite of a long-term use, without any external effects. CONSTITUTION: A bread baking machine comprises a body(1) in which an oven chamber is formed; a pair of kneading drums(11,13) being positioned to be parallel to each other at a predetermined space in the oven chamber; a drum driver(23) for rotating and reverse-rotating any one of the kneading drums; a link shaft(27) being provided at a position, which is eccentric from a rotation axis line of each kneading drum; a gearing link(25) for connecting the link shaft; and a rotation plate being positioned in each kneading drum and integrally rotating with the kneading drum. The link shaft(27) is projected to be parallel with the rotation axis line on an end surface of the kneading drum, and the gearing link(25) has axial holes(28a,28b) for receiving the link shaft(27).
