The invention relates to the electrohydrodynamics, namely to the electrohydrodynamic pumps and processes for pumping of slightly conductible liquids, in particular of petroleum, oils, emulsions and suspensions on base thereof. The process includes the preliminary charging of the slightly conductible liquid, realized beyond the zone of further action by electric field of forces. The preliminary charging of the liquid is carried out in the air with alternating voltage of 1,5ò104 V with the partially cut positive half-cycle during 5-10 seconds, and the further action is carried out in the electric field of high-frequency constant as direction and variable as value.The device includes a dielectric body with inlet and outlet pipe branches of dielectric material and electrodes. The body contains a preliminary charging chamber and a pumping chamber, consecutively placed and reciprocally connected by a pipe equipped with valve, which are made of dielectric material. The preliminary charging chamber is provided with a level gauge, placed into its wall, the high-voltage electrodes are placed above the level of the pumped liquid and connected to the high alternating-voltage source, provided with RC-circuit, connected in the positive ramification, the time constant of which constitutes 0,04...0,15 and the earthed counter-electrode is placed under the base of the chamber. The pumping chamber is made conic of dielectric material of confuser type and it is provided with a high-voltage electrode, placed onto the outside thereof and connected to the high-frequency voltage source, constant as direction and variable as value, and the earthed isolated cylindrical counter-electrode is placed in the end part of the chamber, coaxial to it and to the outlet pipe branch.Claims: 2Fig.: 1 |
