PURPOSE: A handrail for variable advertisements is provided to secure safety and to maximize the effect of advertisements. CONSTITUTION: The handrail for variable advertisements comprises: an upper frame(110); a lower frame(120) installed on the lower part of the upper frame(110); a vertical frame(130) installed on both ends between the upper, lower frames(110,120) and provided with a power generation device(160) operated by a control unit(180); a ballast(140) coupled between the upper, lower frames(110,120) by a rotary shaft(141) to be divided orderly between the upper, lower frames(110,120) and provided with bending pieces(142); a power transmission device interposed to the upper frame(110) to be engaged by connecting to the power generation device(160) and each rotary shaft(141) in order; and a multi-divided advertisement plate(150) fitted between the bending pieces(142) of the ballast(140).
