[CONSTRUCTION] A REVERSE LOAD TRANSMITTING MECHANISM 37 IS CONNECTED TO A REVERSE LOAD TRANSMISSION CONTROL MECHANISM 38. THE REVERSE LOAD TRANSMITTING MECHANISM 37 FUNCTIONS TO FORCIBLY MOVE AN INNER CLUTCH 14 IN THE CLUTCH-ON DIRECTION BY OPERATION OF A CAM MECHANISM 31 PROVIDED BETWEEN AN OUTPUT RING 13 AND THE INNER CLUTCH 14 WHEN RELATIVE ROTATION BETWEEN THE OUTPUT RING 13 AND THE INNER CLUTCH IS GENERATED BY A REVERSE LOAD. THE REVERSE LOAD TRANSMISSION CONTROL MECHANISM 38 FUNCTIONS TO STOP OR LIMIT THE RELATIVE ROTATION BETWEEN THE OUTPUT RING 14 AND THE INNER CLUTCH 14 BY MEANS OF STOPPER PINS PROJECTING FROM GUIDE HOLES 39 OF THE OUTPUT RING 13 INTO RECESSES 41 OF THE INNER CLUTCH 14 WHEN THE OUTPUT RING 13 IS ROTATED AT A HIGH SPEED.
