<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing a noodle-shaped food material hardly forming indeterminate cut faces of noodles and hardly causing adhesion of the noodles to each other when cutting the semisolid food material formed into the noodle shape. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing the noodle-shaped food material comprises an extruding and forming means for extruding the semisolid food material from a forming nozzle and forming the extruded product into the noodle shape, and a cutting means for cutting the extruded and formed noodle-shaped food material into a prescribed length. The cutting means has a jetting nozzle for jetting single line-shaped jetting liquid, and a jetting nozzle-driving means for moving or deflecting the single line-shaped jetting liquid in the direction crossing the extrusion direction of the extruded and formed noodle-shaped food material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
