<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage package transfer status so that the delivery information of the package can be collected at the shipping center and transit distribution centers. <P>SOLUTION: A delivery slip 1 is provided with an IC tag 6 that comprises a memory for storing delivery information to send, when delivery information is stored in the memory, the delivery information as a radio signal to the area around the memory. The IC tag 6 is attached to the package through the delivery slip 1. When the package passes through each transit distribution centers, the center receives the radio signal from the IC tag 6 to collect the information of the package.
