摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To strongly vibration-weld a peripheral wall of a blow molded air conditioning duct to an instrument panel. SOLUTION: A welding part 21 projected toward a rear end of an upper wall part 3a of the instrument panel 3 is provided on a peripheral wall 13 at a left side duct part of the air conditioning duct 1. A front side flat wall part 13b and a rear side flat wall part 13a formed so as to extend at an approximately linear line are continuously formed at a car body front side and a rear side of the welding part 21. A front side projection 13f and a rear side projection 13d are formed on a lower wall part 13c continuing to both flat wall parts 13b, 13a. The front side projection 13f and the rear side projection 13d are retained by a jig 29 of a vibration-welding machine. The welding part 21 is press-contacted with the instrument panel 3 along the projection direction and the welding is carried out by vibrating the instrument panel 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
