PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shield room capable of maintaining a high shield performance by eliminating leakage electromagnetic waves at the scramble part (joint part) of shield members with each other even when a building is largely deformed at the time of an earthquake. SOLUTION: A grid-like framework is respectively installed at a wall part and a ceiling part inside the enclosure 1 of the building. A plurality of the shield members 6 constituting the wall surface and ceiling surface of the electromagnetic wave shield room on the inside of the grid-like framework are separated at a prescribed interval so as not to make both edge end parts 6a conflict with each other and are attached to each other adjacently. A pressing edge material 7 is attached between the edge end parts 6a of the respective shield members 6. By the pressing edge material 7 and the grid-like framework, the edge end parts 6a of the respective shield members 6 are clamped and joined to each other. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
