PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a sure stereoscopic image display even when a split wave plate filter part is attached. SOLUTION: For seeing a stereoscopic image, the split wave plate filter part which divides image information corresponding to a parallax and controls directions of polarization is put on an image display part for displaying the image information, and the image information is displayed through the split wave plate filter part, and the user operates a position adjustment means which is provided on the split wave plate filter part and allows the user to adjust a relative position of the split wave plate filter part to the image display part, to adjust the relative position of the split wave plate filter part to the image display part while seeing the displayed image information.
