PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor which is free of cracking and has superior wear resistance, a low residual potential, and superior environmental stability, and charge product (ozone, NOx or the like) resistance. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor has a charge generating layer and a charge transfer layer, containing phthalocyanine compounds, on a conductive base. Here, disclosed are: the electrophotographic photoreceptor, consisting of a resin containing a polycarbonate resin while the charge transfser layer contains a butadiene-based compound as a charge transfer material and a binder resin consists of two or more kinds of polycarbonate; and an image forming device equipped with the electrophotographic photoreceptor.
