PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage disposer of extinction recycling type which stores bio-chips decomposing garbage in a disposal tank equipped with stirring vanes rotated by a drive means, even when a lump of the garbage is formed, prevents the clogging due to the lump by making the intervals on the central part of the stirring blades wider in the stirring accompanying the charge of the garbage, and enables the central part to be stirred satisfactorily. SOLUTION: The stirring vanes 4 are composed of the rotary shaft 41 of a center part of the disposal tank 3, support members 42 radially erected at almost equal intervals in the shaft direction and the rotational phase direction toward the center part from both end parts of the rotation shaft 41 respectively, two spiral members 43, 44 whose central side end parts are separated from each other by a prescribed distance in the different winding directions on the both sides so as to successively connect the tip parts of the support members 42 toward the central position from the tip parts of the support members 42 on the both end parts of the rotation shaft 41, and a stirring bar 45 which is erected in the at least one radial direction at a phase angle different from the support members 42 adjacent to the central part of the rotation shaft 41.
