PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game control system capable of reporting a fraudulent act outward when it is detected. SOLUTION: Respective game execution sections execute games, a detection section detects a fraudulent act in the game, and a transmission section transmits the detection to a management device when the fraudulent act is detected by the detection section. In the management device, a receiver receives information that the fraudulent act transmitted from respective transmission sections is detected. A memory section stores a reporting address in advance, to which a detected fact of the fraudulent act is reported. The communication section reports that the fraudulent act is detected to the outside address stored in the memory when the information that the fraudulent act is detected is received by the receiver.
