PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyoxymethylene resin composition having excellent heat stability capable of withstanding high temperature and long-term molding. SOLUTION: The polyoxymethylene resin composition is obtained by adding a phosphorus-containing compound represented by formula (I) or (II) (wherein R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, and R<SP>3</SP>are each a hydrocarbon group; M<SP>1</SP>and M<SP>2</SP>are each a metal; and n<SB>1</SB>and n<SB>2</SB>are each an integer of 1-3 showing the valence of M<SP>1</SP>and M<SP>2</SP>).
