<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a music box whose arrangement or timbre is the same as that of the incoming melody of a portable terminal. <P>SOLUTION: An incoming melody is configured of a melody replaceable with a musical piece for a music box, and the incoming melody is stored in an incoming melody database 2, and the incoming melody in the incoming melody database 2 is distributed from an incoming melody distributing server 3 to a portable terminal 6 (steps 1-7), and an input screen indicating whether to purchase the incoming melody as a music box is displayed on the display screen of the portable terminal 6 (step 7), and when the purchase of a music box is selected on the input screen (step 8), the purchase order is inputted through a music box order receiving server 5 to a music box order receiving database 5 (steps 9-19).
