<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for paying money to housing purchase contractors in a fixed period when they lose their jobs, or their incomes sharply fall. <P>SOLUTION: In a construction contract between an orderer and a contraction contractor, personal information(addresses, names, incomes or the like) of all orderers being subscribers of this system are preliminarily inputted, and the average monthly income values of all the orderers are calculated, and the information is stored. When the orderers lose their jobs, or their incomes fall, the current conditions are inputted, and information such as the personal information, the arithmetic information, and the stored information is compared with the current condition information of unemployment/income fall(unemployment time payment condition comparison and income fall time payment condition comparison), and the fixed amount of money is paid to the orderers every month in a fixed period on the basis of the result of the decision of whether or not benefit payment is possible. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
