PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a message processing time by parallel transmitting and receiving a message for obtaining synchronization between a plurality of processes and processing threads and pre-reading the message received during processing of object management and to enable N-to-N synchronization between a transmitting side and a receiving side. SOLUTION: A transmission and reception thread of the message, a received message queue, a transmission message queue, an unprocessed message queue object managing means for registering and managing and an object, and a message processing thread which transmits a reply message for registering a received message preferentially and performing relevant processing if the received message is a synchronous message, registers a received message when it is in a signal state and stores the message in the unprocessed message queue when it is in a non-signal state if the received message is an asynchronous message, and registers an asynchronous message on standby if there is no synchronous message in the received message queue, are provided.
