PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a positive electrode lead and a negative electrode lead of a secondary battery containing an electrode element in a laminated outer-package battery container formed by combining a plurality of metal foils and resin to be connected in a favorable state with a positive electrode and a negative electrode terminal of a circuit board, and to improve productivity. SOLUTION: The battery pack houses secondary batteries 10, 11 containing battery elements in a laminated outer-package battery container formed by combining a plurality of metal foils and resin laminated through an insulating plate 25; and a circuit board 15 equipped with control circuits 20a, 20b and 22 for controlling the secondary batteries 10, 11 containing the battery elements in the laminated outer-package battery container formed by combining the plurality of the metal foils and the resin. In a case 12, respective positive electrode leads 10a, 11a and negative electrode leads 10b, 11b of the secondary batteries 10, 11 containing the battery elements in the laminated outer-package battery container formed by combining the plurality of the metal foils and the resin are connected with terminals 16a, 17a, and 16b, 17b arranged on the circuit board 15 through tabs 13a, 14a, and 13b, 14b prepared by welding.
