PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take out power of a power source to the outside by a transmission system with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A mobile working machine 10 transmits power from an engine 14 to the transmission system 16 through a hydraulic continuously variable transmission 15, and transmits the power from the transmission system to axles 38, 38. The transmission system has a driving spur gear 31 provided at an output shaft 15b of the hydraulic continuously variable transmission, right and left driven spur gears 32, 32 which are individually engaged with the driving spur gear, right and left transmitting shafts 34, 34 in which the right and left driven spur gears are individually provided, and the right and left axles 38, 38 which are jointed with the right and left transmitting shafts. A power takeoff system 60 is integrated and assembled in the transmission system. The power takeoff system 60 comprises a driving bevel gear 61 provided at the output shaft adjacent to the driving spur gear, a driven bevel gear 62 engaged with the driving bevel gear, and a power takeoff shaft 63 provided with the driven bevel gear and disposed between the right and left transmitting shafts.
