<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a yield of the material of a half brush seal single plate, and to reduce the manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: Shape of the half brush seal single plate having a brush part and a slit on a side for sealing and having a base part on a fitting side is formed in a metal thin plate by etching with the resist, and the half brush seal single plate is cut out of the metal thin plate by etching the metal thin plate, to which etching is already performed, and each half brush seal single plate is laminated and combined to form a designed shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
