<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic filter for high temperature use which has heat resistance and a low thermal expansion coefficient, has excellent thermal impact resistance and low pressure loss, and thus can suitably be used for filtering a molten stainless steel alloy, molten steel, molten cast steel or the like. <P>SOLUTION: Ceramic slurry is stuck to a form made of a synthetic resin and serving as a substrate 14. Thereafter, residual slurry is removed, and drying and firing are performed to obtain the ceramic filter with a three-dimensional network skeleton structure.
