PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for utilizing road cleaning sand gathered by a road cleaning car for a structure of a slope face seeding and planting spraying work and mortar spraying work. SOLUTION: The cleaning sand 6 staying on a road surface A is housed in a refuse accumulating part 4 by sucking the sand by a suction mechanism 3 while sweeping up by a rotary brush 2 of the road cleaning car 1. Afterwards, the cleaning sand is put in a sieve body 5, and an impurity such as the refuse is removed, and only the cleaning sand 6 is taken out, and the road cleaning sand is inputted to a dryer 8 independently or together with the other mixture, and is finished to the moisture content of about 40 %, and is turned into dry cleaning sand 9. Afterwards, the dry cleaning sand is mixed with cement, or the dry cleaning sand and the cement and gravel are mixed, and are formed as a material for creating a reinforcement beam layerαof a slope face or a draining waterway layerβ.
